Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our store in the United States as well as some product allocated from warehouses in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, due to our quick processing times, we cannot accept changes or cancellations after this period. However, you can return the order for a full refund once it's received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are typically handled within 1-3 business days from the order date. Orders are then shipped the following day. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays and sale seasons. We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually arrive within 2-4 weeks. Delivery times can vary based on location and other factors.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of shipping, please contact us for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Prices on our site are displayed in US Dollars and do not include taxes. You may need to pay duties and taxes upon arrival of your order, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges is your responsibility and we do not cover these expenses.
How do I return an item?

What if the items I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If your order arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, please email us at superdupertradingcards21@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the items. We strive to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card provider for more information.
